CALICO GHOST TOWN PRINT Newspaper - Tales and Trails of the Desert West edited by Harold & Lucile Wright. Printed in Randsburg monthly by Hubbard Printing. The 15 issues include November 1950 through April 1952 (without duplication) just lacking July 1951 and March 1952. 17 1/2" X 12" with 8 pages per issue. Some issues have minor chipping at edges else a very good run of an
extremely
rare and collectable publication. Includes numerous well-illustrated articles on lost mines and treasures, ghost towns with desert lore and history. The newspaper was founded in Yermo, California and later moved to Pasadena. The last newspaper issue was Volume 8 No. 4, April 1952, included here. The publication continued as a smaller format magazine for 2 more years.
