Terms and Conditions of Purchase
1)
If the item is faulty in anyway, for a refund to be processed or a replacement to be sent you must send the item back, we offer free returns for faulty items

Our screens are not manufactured by the original manufacturer, all items are OEM which means it is manufactured using the same materials used in the original process, please search for ORIGINAL screen if that is what you are after
3)
If your item has stopped working after it has been installed, this is normally because you may have dropped it or put water in it. If you are within the return period you can return it for a full refund
4)
Our screens may differ from the brightness level on your original screen, but it is a very close match. If you are unhappy with the brightness you can post it back using a free postage label for a full refund
5)
If you have cracked your item whilst installing it or ripped any cables, this is deemed as user error and the manufacturer doesn’t accept cracked screens under the warranty you will need to inform us of a crack within 2 days of the item being delivered
6)
Our screens don’t include touch ID Home button, you will need to put your original home button if you wish to use touch ID. On some occasions if the screen has not been collaborated touch ID may not work, please let us know and you can post it back for a free replacement using a free postage label
7)
Any free additions to your order E.G Screen protector, adhesive and tools are subject to availability. We normally include these on 99% of orders if it is stated in the listing

If your item arrived cracked please contact us on the day it was delivered so we can arranged a replacement or refund, we will issue you a free postage label
9)
If your item is thicker than the original it may because your model number is slightly different, if this is the case can you please post it back for a refund or replacement, we will provide a free label

If you have purchased from us in the past we may not include another toolkit as this is for first time purchasers. If you need another toolkit please include a message when you checkout.

There are many different definitions to what ‘OEM’ means in the industry, to us it means that the product has been manufactured using the same materials (eg plastics, glass and metals) that the original manufacturer would have used during production. Please note that our screens are not manufactured by the original manufacturer but have been manufactured to the same specification as the original manufacturer. There may be slight differences eg Brightness level, but overall you can expect the high quality.

All items we sell ship for free within the U.S. Orders usually ship the same day orders are placed or the following day.

Return Policy
We understand that returns and exchanges can often be a hassle. That is why we try to make things as easy as possible for our valued customers. We will gladly accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 days. Please contact us through the eBay messaging system to request return authorization for you order. After 30 days you can use your manufactures warranty if one is included with the product purchased.
Returns of non-defective products may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Non-defective exchanges for different products than were originally purchased may also be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Non-defective products must be unopened to be eligible for return. For all returns the customer must assume shipping and handling costs back to our facility. myGoods will pay for shipping exchanges back to the customer.
All returns without the proper authorization from myGoods are subject to return to buyer.
