MAKES A GREAT GIFT!!
Here is a very nice old stock certificate from the famous
Getchell Mine
in Humboldt County, Nevada. It is signed by George Wingfield, who was a well known mining investor and developer in the early- to mid-twentieth century. This one has some interesting stamps on the front and back as well. The Getchell gold mine was discovered in the thirties, is famous for many rare and colorful minerals, and was in operation until about 2008. They still mine gold on the same property in a different area. The certificate pictured is the exact one you will receive. Dated Feb 11, 1948, cancelled Mar 24, 1947. Suitable for framing.
